Medical and appointment transportation

Getting to an appointment should not be the hard part of the day. We drive patients and family members to appointments across Conyers, Covington, Lithonia and Stonecrest, wait if you need us to, and take you home again.

Appointments and follow ups

Doctor, dentist, specialist and clinic visits. Tell us the appointment time and we work the pickup back from it, allowing for traffic and for getting you to the door rather than the car park.

Recurring treatment

Dialysis, physical therapy, infusion and rehab visits run to a schedule, so we book them as standing rides: same time, same driver, agreed in advance instead of arranged again every week.

Hospital discharge

Discharge times move. Call when they tell you the time and we will get a car there, with help to the door and someone who is not in a hurry.

Wait and return

For shorter visits the driver can wait and take you home, which usually costs less than two separate trips and means no second wait at the end.

Wheelchair accessible

We run a ramp fitted vehicle with a secured wheelchair space and room for a companion. There is one, so please book it ahead where you can.

Family and carers

A companion rides free. If you are arranging the trip for a parent from out of town, book it in your name and we will keep you updated.

What to expect

The price is agreed first. Appointment travel is stressful enough without a meter running while you are inside. We quote the trip, and the wait if you need one, before the day.

We build in time. Appointment rides are scheduled to arrive early, not exactly on time, because a clinic will not hold your slot.

Door to door, not kerb to kerb. The driver helps with the door, bags and walking frames if you want the help, and waits until you are safely inside.

Please note: this is non emergency transportation. Our drivers are professional drivers, not medical staff, and the vehicles are cars rather than ambulances. We cannot carry stretcher patients or provide any medical care during the journey. In an emergency, call 911.
