Scheduled and standing rides

Some trips are too important to leave to whatever car happens to be free. Book them ahead and the vehicle, the driver and the price are all settled before the day arrives.

Early flights

A 4am pickup for a 7am departure is a normal booking for us, not a favour, as long as it is arranged ahead rather than called in that night. Reserve it days or weeks ahead and the car is committed to you, with the airport price fixed in advance.

Appointments

Booked out and booked back. Tell us the appointment time and we work the pickup back from it, then wait or return for the trip home.

Medical and appointment rides

Standing weekly rides

The same driver, the same time, every week. Priced as a standing arrangement rather than trip by trip, so there is nothing to negotiate each time.

Work and commuting

Regular runs to an office, a shift or a park and ride. Useful when a car is in the shop for a fortnight and you need the commute covered.

Events and nights out

Weddings, concerts, games and parties. Reserve the vehicle before the event so your group is not competing for cars when it ends.

Business accounts

Named drivers, monthly invoicing and a booking line for the office. See business transportation for how accounts work.

How a scheduled ride works

1. Book it whenever you like. Days, weeks or months out. There is no deposit and nothing is charged when you reserve.

2. The price is set then, not later. A scheduled ride is quoted when you book it. Peak hours, holidays and bad weather do not change it.

3. We confirm before the day. You get the driver and the pickup time confirmed, so nobody is waiting on a doorstep wondering.

4. Changes are free. Call before the pickup window and we move or cancel it at no charge. Plans move, and we would rather re-book you.

Get a date on the calendar

Book it online, or send us the details and we will quote it.
