A meter charges you for traffic you did not cause. We agree the price before the trip, so a jammed connector or a closed ramp is our problem, not a bigger bill for you.
Know your trip before you ride
Pick where you are starting and where you are going. We will show the distance and how long it usually takes, then quote the exact price with no surge and no meter.
Going further than the metro, to Athens, Macon or out of state? Those are quoted as one flat price: call us.
What can change a price
Extra stops, a much larger vehicle, or a long wait you ask for. Each is agreed with you first. Traffic, time of day and weather never are.
