Price Guard Rideshare LLC sends text messages to customers about transportation they have requested. Messages may include booking confirmations, scheduling and pickup information, driver and vehicle details, arrival notifications, changes or delays, replies to questions you send us, and other information directly related to your ride.
How you opt in
You consent to receive service text messages when you provide your mobile telephone number to us, for example when you request a ride online, book by telephone, send us a text message, or contact us through our website. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. You will typically receive messages only in connection with a ride you have requested, such as a confirmation and an arrival notice.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates for messages apply to any message you send or receive from us.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from us. To rejoin, send us a new message or provide your number again when booking.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
We do not sell your information. We do not share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.
Prohibited use
This messaging programme is used only for the transportation service described above. It is not used for unlawful activity, deceptive or misleading offers, or any content prohibited by carriers or applicable regulations.
