Price Guard Rideshare LLC ("Price Guard Rideshare", "we", "us") provides transportation services in Conyers, Covington and the surrounding communities of Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to arrange and complete a ride:

Contact details: your name, telephone number and, if you give it, your email address.
Trip details: pickup address, destination, date and time, number of passengers, luggage, vehicle requested, and any notes you add such as a flight number or accessibility requirement.
Communications: messages you send us by phone, text, chat or the contact form, and our replies.
Website usage: basic technical information such as the pages you view, which our hosting records to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

To quote, schedule, confirm and carry out the transportation you request.
To contact you about a specific ride: confirmations, driver and vehicle details, arrival notifications, delays and changes.
To answer questions you send us and to resolve problems, including lost property.
To keep records required for running a licensed transportation business.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number when requesting a ride or contacting us, we may send you text messages about that service, such as booking confirmations, driver arrival notices and replies to your questions. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your activity. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, and reply HELP for help, or call (470) 276-4446. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Who we share information with

We share information only where it is needed to provide the service you asked for:

Your driver, who receives the details needed to collect you and complete the trip.
Service providers we use to run the business, such as our online booking system, our website host and our customer chat provider. They may process information on our behalf and only for that purpose.
Where the law requires it, for example a lawful request from authorities, or to establish or defend legal claims.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and insurance obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Security

Our website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to booking records is limited to people who need it to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to stop service texts.
Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling or emailing us. We may need to keep records connected to completed trips where the law requires it.
Decline to provide information, though we may then be unable to arrange a ride.

Children

Our services are arranged by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children for marketing purposes.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
